Spydrman and the Whacker

well between the ibuprofen and the Whacker (wielded by our Hero, Spydrman) the numbness has mellowed out considerably.

I suspect muscle tension from stress combined with a serious workout on Saturday with the lifting and the moving and the cleaning...

I am going to do more yoga/stretching over the next several days and take ibuprofen as needed.
