I survived the masquerade

but I looked BEAUTIFUL in Jillian's clothes.. WOW... I felt so PRETTY and SWOOPY and wow am I sold on hoop skirts cause I have never been so cool and comfortable at the club in my LIFE. DAMN!!

I must have looked fairly good about 6 people took my picture, half of whom I did not know. (in the immortal words of Errhead... "Oh, Po Po!")

*sigh*. Happy sigh... now I need to clean around *here* cause it is a PIT... oh my GOD.

getting caught up

so I FINALLY watched Akira Kurasowa's 7 Samurai today (most of the day too)

HOLY SHIT!!

WHAT A FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC MOVIE!!!!

If you haven't seen it, rent it on your next day off (and i do mean *off*, it's a LONG LONG MOVIE).

I may be fantasizing about what Akira could have done if he had access to a Hollywood budget and special effects. DAMN!!

Now I need to see The Magnificent 7, as (If I remember correctly) this is a tribute/take off of 7 Samurai.
