What I learned today:

while you can freeze a particularly good marinade in a Glad container, the container itself does not hold up well to freezing. Exemplified by the shatter I achieved when I dropped it on the floor. *sigh*

and speaking of the freezer... while it is always nice to have food in the freezer, it is not so nice to leave it there too long.

time to clean it out. *sigh*

While I was working at one of my numerous resturant jobs, I dropped a shatter-proof container of sauce on the floor. Shot that little advertising nugget all to Hell.

Also found out my white uniform did not go with Italian seafood marinade.

White Uniforms only go with Pesto Sauces.
