staxxyBut I used to LOVE Slam Books when I was in Junior High..
It was always a fun way to get to know your friends in strange ways....
What's on your bedside table?
…A lamp, clock radio, shoe phone, big non spill glass of water, ibuprofen
What's the geekiest part of your music collection?
…Define "geekiest". I have "eclectic" taste in music. I like a lot of things… But I have a serious weakness for cover albums and cover songs… any group to be covered, and by just about anyone under the sun… *sigh*
What do you eat when you raid the fridge at night?
…Chicken in a biskit crackers and cottage cheese
What is your secret guaranteed weeping film?
…It's not a secret. I have 2 actually. Kundun and Grave of the Fireflies. I can't imagine ANYONE not WEEPING when they seem them.
If you could have plastic surgery, what would you have done?
…BREAST REDUCTION!! Oh yeah, I *know* it's a shocker…
Do you have a completely irrational fear?
…That people secretly are only pretending to like me. I *know* it isn't true, but the question is irrational fears…
What is the little physical habit that gives away your insecure moments?
…I talk louder and fidget with things. I kinda go into what my little brother calls "Staxxy Overdrive Mode"… kinda me just condensed…
What do you carry with you at all times?
…Pencil and Paper, bus pass, lipstick or lip balm, mirror, pain killers (for migraines), GothFish stickers when I have them made up, my palm pilot, ID, cell phone, and one 2 dollar bill (in honor of my grandpa).
How do you drive?
…infrequently and timidly, since I am still learning.
What do you miss most about being little?
… from that time: my Grandpa. … from that size: freedom of movement and general health. …from that age: Swinging on large swing sets. It's just not the same now.
Are you happy with your given name?
… Yes and no. It is a very pretty name, and I like it a lot… But it really doesn't suit me at all. This is why I go by Stax *everywhere* but work.
What color is your bedroom?
… White. I live in a standard apartment. But the decor for it is/will be Crimson and Black.
Have you ever been in a school play?
… Several. And I was in several community theatre plays in high school and several children's theatre plays as well. I used to do a lot of acting and had a strange little fan club as well. (nope, none of them were stalkers… just friends from school that liked to see my shows).
Who are your best friends?
… I have several best friends. Some old, some new. I have to say that Spydr is my very best friend of all tho, I know.. it's all mushy and junk, but it is true. And I have a small group of people that I am able to really be me, the whole me around. The rest of the time I am reigning in bits of myself…
Have you ever been in love?
… a few times. Now, for instance.
Do you like yourself and believe in yourself?
… I *rule*. I have absolute faith in myself. I do not always have faith in anyone else to see it. I arranged my life so that I would have no regrets ever, and I don't. I have nothing that I would change that I haven't changed. I am very happy with who I am.
Have you ever done any illegal drugs?
… yes.
Do you think you're cute?
… I think I can be cute. I am usually cute when I go to the club.
Do you consider yourself to be a nice person?
… no. I consider myself to be a kind person, and a genteel person. I consider myself to be a chivalrous person, and a gracious person. I am a thoughtful person, and a good friend. I am not now, nor do I ever plan to be a nice person.
Do you spend more time with your girlfriend, boyfriend, or your friends?
… depends on the week. I see my boyfriend for 2 or 3 days out of each week. I spend a lot of time with friends in general during the rest of the week. I can not really say that I spend more time with any one of my friends than any others really tho. I think I spend the most time with my cats.
