I can feel and be so prepared for the interview. So ready for the job. and SO unprepared for the training. I dunno. Maybe it is just that I am TERRIFIED of going to CALIFORNIA.

Most people would be excited.

*I* am allergic to desert plants, and the SUN. I just know I am going to be in absolute pain for 24 hours. I have my benedryl packed. I have my sun block packed. and comfy clothes to boot.

I have all the stuff I need packed, really. But I am still terrified to be in California *alone*.

Maybe I should call a friend and see if they can meet me after work on Monday. Otherwise it's me in the hotel room. with room service (that part doesn't suck), and cable, and the bed and desk.

no Internet.

no cell phone.

no video games.

no anything. :(

oh wait. Heat and allergies. How can I forget those?

I am sure there will be air conditioning. It probably won't be too hard for you to stay out of the heat. I was in Tucson not too long ago for a wedding, and the thing is, you just don't spend time out where it is hot.

I plan to stay out of the sun as much as possible. But I am anticipating have to walk a half mile to fetch lunch each day as well. (this from my boss on where there is food near that office)

I am going home tomorrow afternoon at 4:30.

I wish I did have time to play in the theme parks, but at 3 hours in line for one ride. I just cant do it.

*sigh*

Perhaps another visit. I get the feeling I may end up with a LOT more money in the next year tho. It does appear I will be more than just an Admin Assist now... I will post all about it when I get home tho. Stay tuned for details.
