I can be there on Thursday afternoon, after 4:30 pm (doctor's appt. at 3:30). I can also bring cleaning supplies for Friday---like a big bottle of Simple Green, scrubber sponges, some large heavy-duty garbage bags, etc.

Do you need boxes? We have ten or twelve book-box size moving boxes. I can drop them off Wednesday night.

Thank God the bathroom's clean. We'll just have give it a quick scrub-down after the troops are done using it.

I'm abusing my account with Pacific Supply to get cleaning items for this job. Gloves, sponges, bleach, cleaning liquid, face masks and gigantic garbage bags. I can bring the left overs back to my building and use them here without anyone in accounting being the wiser.

Stax, I need to know who I'm expecting and at what time, who I need to meet up with to get keys (I will not have the car tomorrow), the address and what all we need to accomplish on Thursday. I have blocked out the day from morning until I need to feed the boys (around 7pm). The boys can collect me in the Wagon of Doom™ and we can take away a load of items that are being donated.

The chemicals are nasty. No one with asthma, no one with allergies, no one who is pregnant, no one who is breast feeding. I *will* make you leave. If you can't stand it and you -need- to do something you can help out with the memorial service later, when there aren't cell-erupting chemicals in the air for you to breath......

We can't really do the cleaning until Friday. We won't be able to move furniture until Thursday, so no cleaning for us. I can't hand over the keys and I have to be present in the building the whole time. I will be sitting downstairs next to the officer while you are cleaning upstairs, though.

we aren't donating anything for a while yet. We have to go through everything a piece at a time first. I am sure you understand.

we still have some stuff to pack up yet. but most of it is good to go. I will be making all of those arrangements tomorrow during the day (I will have access from work).
We have most of the packing done now. We just need to get the stuff *moved*

As to cleaning: If we're using industrial cleaners, then I might have issues with them (skin issues - particularly bleach). But usually gloves keep me from getting too affected.

Otherwise, I've got several boxes for the move. Ice Princess knows this, so I'm basically saying it publically for any tallying purposes in box-gathering that may be going on.

Ah,

I had the last e-mail and the post mixed up. The cleaning is being moved to Friday. Got it. G/, I'll have a huge box of vinyl gloves for everyone. I'm not sure who all is coming for final clean up, but more is actually better once the personal items are out and we just have the empty apartment to wrestle with. Ivy and Colleen have offered to help with the deep clean, if need be.

What is the plan for tonight and tomorrow day/evening?

tonight is moving boxes and bags to Moms in Eastgate. Those things will be sorted out later.

Tomorrow is moving furniture and anything else to my place in North Greenwood/North Seattle. Tomorrow day I will be making space for furniture to go into my library for the time being. Some of it has a specific home *already* and some of it I need to talk to her mom about where it needs to/will go.

Friday is super clean.

I have a short laundry list of things I must do before friday evening as well.

doh. not enough sleep. I am not certain yet, but my whole being wants to say "yes, I need you". I dunno if that is because we need your help with schleping or if it's just that *I* need you. Could be either.

you rule. I get off work at 5 and am in the offices above westlake. I will be heading up to the hill to meet with K- & J- around 5:30 to 6 (at K-'s if she can get off work early enough, and at the aurafice if not). I am going over the list and stuff right now. We may end up not needing a snack, and meeting at someone else's place on the hill if they are going to feed the troops beforehand. I am thinking that dinner before we work hard is a *good* idea. :)

We're good on tissues, actually - I have several pocket packs, and I found a large thing at Jessica's last night. Even in death, she provides. Ran thru my head often last night, as I found thing after thing we talked about needing.

Yup, I can do Friday after my hair appointment and my shrink appointment. Outside, inside, and then STORM THE CASTLE!!! This means I can show up ready to go by 3. I don't care about chemicals - if there's ventilation, I can deal with it.

Also, I can stop by tonight after I get off work at 8 and see if people are there needing extra hands. Please send me email with specifics, if you think of anything I should know.

well being that i just had a huge chiropractic adjustment for a really fucked up body, i think that puts me out of the moving process.

friday i am at a seminar all day so that puts me out for that too.

i can help with wake, etc. decor, food prep, etc.
let me know.

i exit the internet at 5 on weekdays but i wasnt in any shape to help last nite anyway. i slept two hours after the adjustment, which was after work and then it was just late.
