Letting Go

Today I gave Mom the garnet cross and garnet ring.

Mom gave me the certificate of Death.

And, just so EVERYONE WILL QUIT ASKING ME - WE WILL NOT KNOW THE CAUSE OF DEATH UNTIL THE LAB REPORTS COME IN AND THEY ARE NOT EXPECTED BEFORE THE END OF SEPTEMBER. AS SOON AS WE KNOW, WE WILL BE MAKING AN ANNOUNCEMENT. *sigh* I want to know as much, if not more, than anyone else. Trust me. And while everyone *is* only asking just the ONCE... in the last 3 days I have had about 25 people ask me that once. And it is kind of like I am being hit over the head with hammers that all say "we have no idea why she is gone and we can't make it not be true".

sorry. I'm actually not angry, I just want to make sure people are paying attention.

Her family's no doubt got a pretty vested interest in this as well. It's a hard wait.

And...well, my dear, you DID put yourself firmly in this position. Don't be too surprised when people come to you for information. After all, you (and other messengers) have asked them to.

well yeah, but I have also said that I will let everyone know as soon as I do, over and over. Asking me about stuff I haven't posted is pretty much fruitless because there isn't anymore than that. This is what is making me crazy. Being the one that has the information is fine. It's the asking me in person about stuff I have said I will post about as soon as I have it that is making me nuts. No post = no info.
