friday at last

so after all the trials and tribulations (and redoing the pagination for the last half of the book this morning *OY*) I am done with that stupid book thing in In Design.

The High Points:
I feel fairly confident using In Design now.
I managed to get it all done on the deadline, and the lateness of the book is not my doing, so I should look great on it! YAY!!
I managed to fix a few of the things that were wrong with the book *before* I touched it too.

The Low Points:
It may still not be here until *Monday* morning. EEK!!!
I am not sure where I am supposed to send these 10 copies once we have them.
There will be edits forthcoming that will need to be printed and distributed and all of that fun shit.

I still feel pretty good about it.


and on a totally different note:
I got the present for my newly adopted Goth Daughter's birthday finshed and wrapped!!
I got the earrings I wanted to make for Crow Goddess *done* YAY!!

and Jeff, I do need a ride... got your phone on you? I have mine.

You are the mysterious Knight of the Mist that materializes at exactly the right moment to make the great rescues. You Fucking RULE! I have watched you do stuff like this and more involved for LOTS of people, not just me. :D and this isn't even the first time you have done it for me.

Hot damn!! You are super cool and I am very glad we found each other again after all of these years!!
