still wracked with the guilt of not going to the Midian tonight.

I said I would come.
I wanted to come.
I was too injured to face those hills in the U District and travel via bus today. :(

I made one foray today into downtown and oh my god was it horrible, made worse by the fact that I was down there to pick up a handcart from my mother, and then to lug that home via the bus. OY VEY!! I am hoping to not have to go thru that to return it.

so now I am taking my Horrendous guilt and going to bed.

I wondered what happened to you. I wouldn't worry too much though. evillinn is right. The turnout was pretty good, and I think everyone had a really good time. I would have liked to have seen you there, but I can understand being too tired or too hurt to show up. I'll just hang out with ya some other time.

I know. If I hadn't already commited, and been jonesing for the camping for months, I'd be there. Just seems like there's an awful lot of stuff going on this weekend. But at least I'm making the effort to get out of the house more often and go dancing/picnic-ing/whatever. :)
